  • Typically fast turn around for journal articles (3-4 days)
  • Physical item (print books, etc.) turn around: 4 days to 2 weeks
  • Article requests normally filled electronically with pdf scans

Requesting an Interlibrary Loan through BU InfoLinks

On the BU InfoLinks/"Additional Resources" page, locate the option "Get from Another Library."

Find and click the link for the option "Request this book from OSOFast (Interlibrary Services)."

You will be navigated to the OSOFast login screen. Your login is your Baylor email ID and password.

Upon successful login, you will be navigated to an electronic request form with most of the relevant fields already populated for you.*

Click the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of the page to initiate your ILL request.

When the request has been filled, you will receive email notification, including a link to the full text for article requests or instructions directing you to pick up your item from the Moody Circulation desk for book requests.
